Outdoor Adventure Leader
Femshare Consulting offers capacity strengthening workshops, evaluations, organisational development advice, gender assessments and other services to women's organisations, NGOs, and other development agencies. We also provide personal wellbeing and resilience support for women's rights/gender equality activists.
We also facilitate Outdoor Wellbeing Adventures in Victoria, Australia, for people wanting to address a personal or professional challenge while being active outdoors.
Our work is done with a feminist, participatory approach, inspired by values of equality, social justice, respect for nature and for each other, and is based on the belief that we are stronger together.
Principal consultant Manon van Zuijlen has more than 30 years of experience working with women's organisations, social service sector NGOs and development agencies of all sizes on issues relating to gender equality and social justice. Myanmar earthquake survivors need help:
On March 28, 2025, Myanmar was hit by a 7.7 earthquake, with devastating consequences for a population already suffering from four years and counting of civil war. Until now, support is mostly organised and provided by civilians and local organisations. Please donate generously to sustain the long-suffering people from Burma/Myanmar. Funding going directly to community groups is the best, for example: https://gofund.me/c210efcc
